As background for potential Creative Web customers, here is our story, Retropeepers is an online vintage-style eyewear company and has been going for over 14 years, so we would describe ourselves as an established, specialist brand. We have clients all over the world and cater to a niche customer base of people who all love vintage style. Our previous Wix website was fun and quirky but as the company had grown, it had become somewhat unwieldy and difficult to navigate. So the target for Creative Web was to build us a website that would delight our existing customers, maintaining the essential retro feel but provide a shopping experience that was fun and simple to use.
We feel that Creative took time to understand the brief, were extremely patient with us when it took us longer than expected to deal with issues like developing an efficient stock numbering system and reshooting all our products. Their response time was always good and we felt supported during the entire process. After a couple of weeks of beta testing the new site, we went live and all seems to be going very smoothly! As far as the cost of the project was concerned, we were very happy that the final invoice came in on budget.
