We have had two sites set up by them and recently had them both updated and theme changed and in all instances the process was hassle free. What I like most is they actually read the brief and 9 times out of 10 get it right first time but if there are little tweaks or corrections these are sorted without fuss.
Our most recent projects were changing both sites to Out of Sandbox Turbo theme with some design updates. Both were excellent
The first agency we have ever worked with which have used more than once.
